Paper Proofs
FREE. We do not charge for paper proofs. All orders are subject to proof approval prior to production. Exact repeat orders are not proofed unless specifically requested on PO. TOP

Virtual Proofs
FREE. We do not charge for virtual proofs. However, virtual proofs must be requested on the PO. TOP

Imprint Color Change
Please call factory for details and availability. TOP

Artwork Instructions
We accept PDF, DOC, JPG, TIF, AI and EPS. Please specify the PO# in the subject line. For 2 color imprints, please provide PMS #. We do not charge for PMS color matches on 2 color imprints.

If you do not have black and white vector, send us what you do have and we will recreate the art Free of Charge. Additionally, we typeset the ad copy based on your specifications. If you do not have a specific request, we will typeset based on the best layout. TOP

Cancellations
All cancellations MUST be sent via fax or e-mail and acknowledged by factory. A cancellation fee will be assessed only in the event work has been performed. TOP

Combination Orders
When you select 2 or more different styles, you will be charged for only 1 setup. However, the minimum for each style must be the catalog minimum. If you want to order below the minimum quantity required, a Less Than Minimum charge of $25.00 (d) will be applied for each style below the min requirement. TOP

We offer a full range of co-op programs. Please call us for details. TOP

Pantone Color Matching
Pantone color matching is available to be imprinted on most items in the catalog. Please provide a PMS # with your purchase order. There is a $12.00 (g) PMS charge. We cannot guarantee a 100% match. Also, please note that PMS color matches may fluctuate slightly on repeat orders. TOP

Production Time
Unless otherwise specified by each item, most orders ship within 5 days from art approval. We offer 24, 48 & 72 hour RUSH service. Please call factory with your in-hand date requirement. TOP

Samples
There is no charge for samples or catalogs. Please e-mail or fax your requests by 2:30pm eastern time so we can ship the same day. Please provide a UPS or FedEx account #. Sample requests received without a UPS or FedEx account # will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) at N/C. You can also visit us online at www.ultrapens.com to submit your requests. Please remember to provide the item # and color or a random color will be sent. TOP

Pre-Production sample
A pre-production sample request MUST be specified on the PO. After the paper proof is approved, the pre-production sample will be produced. Allow up to 3 days for sample production, unless otherwise notified. There is a $15 (g) pre-production fee. TOP

Setup Charges
There is a one time setup charge on new orders of $25.00 (d). Exact repeat orders have no setup fees. TOP

Shipping
Our primary shipper is UPS. However, if a different method of shipping is requested, please provide this information on the PO. Make sure to include the carrier and your account #. Please note, there is a $5.00 (x) fee for 3rd party shipping. TOP

Over / Under Runs
We ship exact quantities specified on the purchase order. For custom items and colors, please allow for a 5% over/under run. TOP

Claims
All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days from receipt of order. TOP

Blank Goods
Blank goods ship within 24 hours of receipt of PO. Please use end quantity price. TOP
